Laura Sontrop is an executive coach, psychotherapist and consultant. Her expertise is built around supporting business owners and entrepreneurial leaders and their families to personally and professionally evolve and live meaningful lives. For almost fifteen years, she has brought strong resolutions to a big range of tough situations and issues. She spans Canada and the US and she works with her clients via video conference call sessions as well as meetings and intensives, where her clients fly in to work with her in person. Laura takes a firm stance on bringing about the highest possible outcomes, calling forth a willingness from each person to take ownership and action. Her approach involves finding a path where each person’s healthiest best interests are understood beyond what even they knew, in order to create sustainable resolutions.
Laura has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has specialized expertise on personal growth and restructuring relationships and teams. She guest lectures at Western University on harmonizing conflict, relationship interventions and couples counselling and coaching. From her graduate research and intensive work, Laura has created a model with the essential components for personal and professional evolution and what it is to live a fulfilling life. She found that living from authenticity, possibility and love is at the core. Her model includes foundational knowledge on emotional, relationship and business intelligence.
